Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

USPS: 2–8 business days

UPS: 1–5 business days

International Shipping

We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and dimensions.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

USPS International: 7–21 business days

DHL Express: 2–5 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all Donut Bed orders and will be reflected automatically at checkout. Flat-rate shipping of $1.99 applies to Litter Mats and Cardboard Scratchers.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
